Tvillingfabrikken is a software company developing digital twins of physical products, machines, production processes and supply chains. The Norwegian startup has quickly gained momentum in the market, by offering a powerful combination of AI and IoT with visual 3D simulations, creating virtual and digital reflections of physical objects and processes.

Tvillingfabrikken, with its strong offering within digital twins, is taking a position within a growing market, which was valued at $ 3.1 billion in 2020 and expected to reach $ 48.2 billion by 2026. The first customer project where Tvillingfabrikken is using the Dimension Four IoT backend is already in the works, with an industrial company operating over 50 plants nationwide. These are mobile plants processing mud generated from construction sites for roads, rails and buildings into clean water for reuse or spill back into nature. The plants are visualized in an application with an animated 3D model connected to sensor data from the plants accessed by Dimension Four`s API and database. Benefits are already appearing to be substantial for the end customers by drastically reducing their need for unplanned and expensive emergency assistance. Through the digital twin the operators can easily perform and register periodical checklist routines, troubleshoot and detect faults themselves.
